Family Dance Party CLT presented by Jamison Realty is a fun way to bring generations together to make a difference in the lives of families affected by Alzheimer’s and other forms of dementia.
It’s a disease that has taken a toll on so many members of our radio family and their loved one. Liz Drabick’s and Ramona Holloway from the Morning MIX with Matt Harris and Friends both know dementia all too well because of their mothers’ struggles with the disease. MIX 107.9’s program director, Neal Sharpe, endured what many dementia caregivers call, “the long goodbye” with his grandmother. Radio One Regional Vice President Marsha Landess did the same with her mother.
