Al Pacino and Noor Alfallah are currently in court to resolve child custody matters.
Alfallah, 29 started the process by requesting full physical custody of their 3-month-old baby, Roman Alfallah Pacino.
She believes Pacino should have regular contact with Roman and shared legal custody, which would provide both parents a voice in important choices affecting the child’s life, such as those relating to their schooling and medical requirements.
She then requested that Pacino cover all of her legal bills and expenses. The topic of child support payments was not mentioned in the court filing.
Pacino’s rep said in a statement, “Al and Noor have successfully worked together and have mutually reached agreements regarding their child, Roman. They are still together.”
