Kate Hudson is a busy actress and mom and says that she relies on short workouts like Hot5, “because each workout is only five minutes long”.
Kendall Jenner has an 11 minute core workout that she said “If I’m traveling or don’t feel like leaving the house, these are all the moves I try to get in”. You can do them anywhere because the workout consists of leg lifts, side planks and crunches.
