Billy Joel fans who live in Canada say they’re being forced to pay for concert tickets they can’t use.
Because of travel restrictions between the U.S. and Canada, any Canadians who bought tickets for Billy Joel’s August 14th concert in Buffalo, NY won’t be able to travel to the show. Even worse, they say they can’t get a refund – sticking them with the bill for tickets that cost $150 or more. Even Ticketmaster’s ‘Sell Your Tickets’ feature isn’t working. During COVID, most venues have been quite forgiving and accommodating.
