A new study published this week found that children and adolescents get two-thirds of their calories from ‘ultra-processed foods’ like candy, soda, chips, and microwavable meals. Experts say these bad eating habits can continue into adulthood and lead to long-term health issues.

How tightly do you control your kids’ diets?  Shouldn’t you? How often are they allowed to eat sugary snacks or other processed foods?
