Pat Sajak’s Farewell Boasts Big Numbers

Many Wheel of Fortune fans tuned in for Pat Sajak’s final episode. Variety reports that Sajak’s June 7 episode had 11 million viewers, the most in over 1,000 episodes. Despite being taped in April, the episode had its fair share of emotions between Pat and Vanna. Vanna White signed a contract extension to return as the show’s main letter-turner, with Ryan Seacrest as the new host.
