Paula Cole’s ‘I Don’t Wanna Wait’ Back as Dawson’s Creek Theme Song!!

It’s impossible to have a 90’s Labor Day Weekend without talking about “Dawson’Creek.” And folks who have been binge-watching Dawson’s Creek on Netflix haven’t gotten to enjoy the iconic theme song that went along with it. Paula Cole’s “I Don’t Wanna Wait” wasn’t part of the show because of rights issues. But apparently, that has all been sorted out. Netflix announced the news, writing, “Dawson’s Creek fans, I’m thrilled to announce that — at long last — you will hear Paula Cole’s iconic song I Don’t Want to Wait when you watch the opening credits!” Who was your favorite Dawson’s Creek character?
