Following the tragic death of former One Direction member Liam Payne, details of his final days in Argentina have emerged.
Liam had traveled to Buenos Aires to watch his former One Direction bandmate Niall Horan perform and was accompanied by his girlfriend Kate Cassidy.
After Kate returned to the US, Liam stayed in Argentina and checked into CasaSur hotel alone.
Reports indicate that Liam was involved in a disturbance at the hotel before falling from the balcony, resulting in fatal injuries.
Fans have gathered outside the hotel to pay tribute to the singer, holding a candlelit vigil in his memory.

According to TMZ, shortly before Liam Payne fell to his death from a balcony, a hotel manager reportedly called 911 to report the former One Direction star was wasted and destroying his room.
Police have launched an investigation to determine whether Liam’s death was intentional, accidental or a suicide.
