The Weeknd Donates $350,000 for Hurricane Melissa Relief in Jamaica
The Weeknd has donated $350,000 in relief to Jamaica following the devastation caused by Hurricane Melissa. The funds, coming from The Weeknd’s XO Humanitarian Fund, will reach over 220,000 Jamaicans
through the World Food Program. The WFP has already reached 254,000 people with emergency food distributions across Jamaica, Cuba, and Haiti. The XO Humanitarian Fund, launched in 2022, has given over $6.5
million to provide food and support to people facing hunger crises worldwide. Fans can also contribute to the cause by visiting the WFP website.
