Halyna Hutchins was killed on the set of ‘Rust’ after a prop gun was shot that contained live ammo in it.
Hutchins’ husband has retained legal counsel and plans on filing a wrongful death lawsuit.
An investigation is underway to find out if any criminal charges need to be filed against anyone that was working on the set of ‘Rust’.
There are no specifics on who Hutchins’ family is suing yet, but this report comes after Hannah Guiterrez Reed’s lawyers made bold statements claiming that this tragic incident was caused by a ‘disgruntle’ employee.
