Northlake Mall is currently locked down after multiple reports of shots fired at 3:50 p.m. ET.
A large police presence is currently on scene. CMPD says they found evidence of a shooting at inside the mall, but detectives have not yet found anyone who was shot. At least two people were injured trying to evacuate the mall.
Charlotte Fire has set up a family reunification area is located at Belk’s lower level parking lot. Anyone looking for family member, please report to that location.
