The family of late cinematographer Halyna Hutchins have filed a wrongful death lawsuit against Alec Baldwin and the producers of Rust.
Hutchins was accidentally shot and killed by Baldwin while filming a scene. Director Joel Souza was also struck by the bullet.
The suit alleges that producers cut corners on safety protocols, and accuses Baldwin of acting “recklessly”.
The suit was filed on behalf of Hutchins’ husband Matthew and nine-year-old son Andros.
