Over the past few years, Adele has managed to drop 100 pounds. She has been quoted as saying “I haven’t done any diet, If anything, I eat more than I used to because I work out so hard.” She has been doing rigorous weight-lifting and circuit training every day, sometimes twice a day.
Many say that she follows what is known as the Sirtfood diet which cuts out processed foods, sugar, full-fat dairy, and many starches, though she has never attributed her weight loss to this diet.
Adele does not practice intermittent fasting but has said she now holds the sugar in her tea. She also admits that she indulges in her favorite cheat meal, “McDonald’s McChicken Nugget with a Big Mac and then fries,” once a week. What is your favorite Cheat Meal?
