Two beach houses have now fallen into the waves along North Carolina’s coast, according to new information from U.S. National Park Service officials on Tuesday.

The two unoccupied homes were located along Ocean Drive in the Outer Banks community of Rodanthe.

This is actually the third time a home has fallen into the surf this year. Another house in Rodanthe collapsed into the water in February.

Crews will start working immediately to try and clean up as much debris as possible before it gets washed away.

Who is to blame for this — the developers who continue to build pricey vacation homes in places where maybe they shouldn’t?
