The Murdaugh Family Murders: Impact of Influence

Source: Matt Harris / Radio One Digital

The housekeeper for the Murdaugh family, Gloria Satterfield, died a couple of weeks after falling on the steps of the Murdaugh home. Now her body is set to be exhumed.

We talk to forensic pathologist, Dr. Alfredo Walker, about, among other things,  why bodies are exhumed, what can be found after exhuming a body, and when an autopsy should be performed. An autopsy was not done on Satterfield.

Dr. Walker is an expert in deaths involving falls. His expertise is important in Gloria Satterfield’s case.

We discuss the Stephen Smith case too.
