A Virginia judge has rejected the motion from Amber Heard to set aside the legal judgment of $10 million in damages.

Amber filed the motion to have the verdict thrown out due claiming that one of the jurors committed fraud by attending in their father’s place as the father and son lived together and have the same name.

The judge rejected the claim and explained that the name was irrelevant to the proceedings, and went on to say, “The juror was vetted, sat for the entire jury, deliberated, and reached a verdict.”

The judge also said, “there was no fraud committed because the summons did not include a birthdate.”

Amber also filed a motion to have the $10 million compensatory damage that was awarded to Johnny Depp lowered as she considered it to be “excessive”

The judge also denied that motion.

Do you think Amber will file an appeal, or just pay up?
