I hate to tell you this, but the holiday season is only two months away.
The folks at Sony have realized that and have begun to up production on their popular PS5 gaming console. Sony revealed in a statement that because of the lifting of the lockdown in Shanghai and the fact that components are becoming more available, production will increase to meet the holiday demand. The other popular gaming companies have had a similar problem since the pandemic and a shortage of chips to power the console.
