Elton John and Britney Spears are having a good week. Ever since Britney Spears has had her conservatorship lifted, fans have been anxiously awaiting new music…..the wait is finally over.
Mix 107.9 has been playing the latest collaboration and loving every minute of it.
Their tune “Hold Me Closer” was this week’s highest new entry on the Official Singles Chart as they came in at No. 3. They also had the UK’s best-selling single of the week. In addition, Elton’s greatest hits collection Diamonds has now passed 1 million chart units in the UK.
