Famed actor Kevin Spacey has taken the stand as a witness in the sexual misconduct case brought against him.
The Oscar winner took the stand in a New York City courtroom this morning in his own defense.
Actor Anthony Rapp alleges that when he was 14, Spacey invited him to his New York home and sexually assaulted him. When Kevin took the stand, he made it clear that the allegations against him were “not true.” Kevin is expected to be cross-examined Tuesday.
