Actress Kirstie Alley has died after battling cancer, her family and her manager announced Monday night. She was 71 years old.
Her children True and Lillie Parker shared the news on Dec. 5, writing in a statement posted to her Twitter page, “We are sad to inform you that our incredible, fierce and loving mother has passed away after a battle with cancer, only recently discovered.
The actress was most known for her role on Cheers and other movies such as Look Who’s Talking with John Travolta. Travolta paid homage to his dear friend on his Instagram page.
