Kelly Clarkson recently finalized her divorce from Brandon Blackstock, and is not currently looking to date anyone.
She said, “My therapist — it’s funny — is literally like, ‘You should go on a date’ and I’m like, ‘No.'”
She added, “I sound like such a cliche, but I’m really enjoying, like, me. I also don’t think marriage has to be for everyone. I think you can exist in a relationship and it can be what you want it to be.”
She is busy with her work, including her talk show, The Voice, and hosting the NFL Honors.
She is currently working on a new album that details her experience from the last few years with the intention to give an “arc of a relationship.”
