The former GMA3 anchors were embraced last week in L.A. hours after their official split with ABC.
The network announced that the parting was mutual, and they are currently negotiating their future with ABC.
According to a source, they are finalizing their marriages as they had planned to do since before their relationship went public last August.
Holmes and Robach say their relationship started after their separation from their exes.
