I’ll be honest, when I think of Starbucks the word ‘healthy’ isn’t something that comes to mind.  I tend to think of sweet coffee drinks and that addicting lemon pound cake!  My Daughter is a fan of their Egg Bites, and those seem fairly healthy.  Lucky for us a nutritionist recently shared the healthiest and least healthy items to order at Starbucks. These healthy items include the Spinach, Feta, and Egg White Wrap, Oatmeal, Chickpea Bites and Avocado Protein Box, Yogurt, and almonds.  The items that should be eaten sparingly include sugary drinks, baked goods, and large portions of items on the menu. Did I mention their lemon pound cake?!!

Hmmm….one of my Son’s gave me a Starbucks’s gift card for Mother’s Day so I think I’ll be taste testing some of these healthier items!
