Stevie Nicks kicked off her co-headlining tour with Billy Joel on Friday by dedicating a song to her late Fleetwood Mac bandmate Christine McVie — and there wasn’t a dry eye in the house. The emotional salute occurred at California’s SoFi Stadium, where Nicks dedicated an especially moving performance of “Landslide” to McVie. As Nicks performed the song, a photo montage of her and McVie through the years played on a large screen behind her. Following the performance, a teary-eyed Nicks told the audience, “There’s really not much to say. We just pretend that she’s still here; that’s how I’m trying to deal with it.”
