Liz has compiled a list of patios to check out with a warm forecast for the rest of the week.

The first is a quaint and boutique-y option in fourth ward. Visit Poplar Tapas which is open Thursday and Friday at 5pm.

On Thursdays they offer half-priced sparkling bottles.

Craving a patio with more space? Canopy Cocktails and Garden is an option.

It sits directly along the Light Rail Trail with pedestrians, dogs and joggers for all your people-watching enjoyment. Plus it allows the ability to bar hop through South End if you’re so inclined. (If you need a daytime patio place, do not sleep on Flower Child which is nearby.)

If you’d rather do your people watching uptown, Tupelo Honey sits in the heart of it right along South Tryon Street. The food is phenomenal and the open-air seating is a plus.

Do you have a favorite you can recommend for Liz to check out?
