Nick Lachey was charged with assault and battery against paparazzo Jody Santos and has now been ordered to attend anger management classes and Alcoholics Anonymous meetings.
The incident happened back in March of 2022 when Nick spotted the paparazzo in her car and ran over and tried to grab her camera and phone through a window.
She also claims that Nick “started punching the window.” According to a statement from Jody, “He has to complete [anger management and AA] within a reasonable time, which is like a year or so.
If he fails to do so, they will move forward to prosecute him with noncompliance, and he will get arrested.” How do you think you would react to being followed by paparazzi all of the time?
