Terrance Pertillar, a Luke Combs fan from New York, had an unexpected stroke of luck when he won $200,000 on a Living Lucky with Luke Combs scratch-off lottery ticket while passing through Oxford, North Carolina.
Pertillar was helping a friend move to North Carolina when he stopped at the Granville Food Mart for gas and saw the Luke Combs-branded lottery ticket.
Being a big fan of Luke, he bought one of the $5 tickets and was amazed to find out that he had won.
Pertillar claimed his prize and received $142,501 after state and federal tax withholdings.
He is the first person to claim one of the five $200,000 prizes available through Living Lucky with Luke Combs scratch-offs.
The Living Lucky With Luke Combs lottery tickets were launched in Wisconsin last summer and have since become available in 14 other states, including South Carolina.
They were recently made available in North Carolina earlier this month, and who knows, maybe the next winner could be you!
