Matt Harris has been part of the Charlotte radio and tv media since 2001. He has been part of the hugely successful Matt and Ramona Show since arriving in the Queen City. He also co-hosts a true crime podcast, Impact of Influence, which has had over eight million downloads. He has 2 teenage daughters, Addie and Avery. In his free time, he talks nonstop about Philadelphia sports teams and scares his friends and family with his love of anything true crime related.
Matt is a big supporter of Best Buddies, an organization supporting inclusion for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Matt also supports RAIN which envisions ending HIV in the community.
Liz Drabick relocated to Charlotte, NC, but this isn’t her first stint living here. As a proud former Fourth Ward resident and UNC-Charlotte alum, she’s delighted to be back in the Queen City.
Not only has she recently reacclimated to the area, she also rejoined the very station that gave her her first ever job on the radio. Liz started as intern “Punky” with Matt & Ramona on 107.9 over 20 years ago.
Liz would go on to pursue her newfound love of radio and has spent the last two decades working on radio and television all over Baltimore, MD and Washington, DC. Her career has seen her report traffic, cover sports and host morning shows.
She currently resides with her fiancé and their grumpy 10-year-old corgi in Wesley Heights. You can find her jogging through South End and Uptown, walking her cranky corgi and inspecting the city by way of trying all the cocktails it has to offer.
While JD may not have been born in the Carolinas, they have always been on my mind!!!
He is originally from Idaho, but my wife (Nicole) and our sons have moved back and forth across the country multiple times but are very happy to call Charlotte home base now.
As you will find out JD is a Disney Dad to the core and my love for Pop Culture & Bravo seems to be the only thing in cue on TV.
JD is a die-hard Panthers' fan, and supporter of Charlotte FC, but what he's the most excited about is waking up with you and The Morning Mix with Matt Harris & Friends.
