About Holly Haze
Holly was raised in Florida, and after graduating from the University of Central Florida, she left the Sunshine State in 1995 to take a radio job in Charlotte and has been on the airwaves here ever since. She’s also a certified health coach and has a passion for health and nutrition.
She has three adult children and three dogs, three cats, a bunny, and a tortoise. Obviously an avid animal lover, Holly volunteers at the local animal shelter several times a week. When she’s not doing all the things for the animals, you’ll find her working out at Pure Barre or MADabolic
