In a release from You Tube titled "Supporting the 2020 U.S. election" on their official blog page, the service "will start removing any piece of content uploaded today (or anytime after) that misleads people by alleging that widespread fraud or errors changed the outcome of the 2020 U.S. Presidential election"

The Charlotte-Mecklenburg School Board has voted for all K-12 students to learn remotely starting on Dec. 14. A vote that passed by a 6-3 margin on Tuesday night. However, no changes for Pre-K instruction that will still be offered in-person.

"As cases across the country continue to rise, we've seen rapid increases in our key metrics here in North Carolina," Cooper said during a press conference. "Our case counts have broken single-day records on three separate days in just the last week, and the percent of tests returning positive has increased to more than ten percent."

North Carolina waits to see if restrictions will tighten as the Governor's current executive order is set to expire on Friday at 3 p.m. ET. As it stands right now, businesses are operating at a reduced capacity with most restaurant dining rooms shut down entirely. Some Business owners fear that further restrictions could force them to close permanently.

It's hard not to be upset with how some people have disregarded COVID-19 health recommendations. As we see cases climb in every state, a majority of entertainers, sports figures and politicians treat guidelines differently than the people who support them.

North Carolina reported a record 6,438 COVID-19 cases on Sunday. The grim report prompted Gov. Cooper to tweet out, “Our actions right now are life or death,” as his existing Coronavirus restrictions are set to expire this week.

"Thank you to all my friends and followers for all the prayers and kind wishes," Giuliani wrote. "I’m getting great care and feeling good. Recovering quickly and keeping up with everything." A source familiar with the situation told CNN he was admitted to Georgetown University Hospital on Sunday.

Walter E. Williams spent over five decades working at the University in the department of Economics as a distinguished Professor. He grew up in Philadelphia to an impoverished family and used his experiences in life to earn a doctorate in economics from the University of California, Los Angeles in 1972. It was in Southern California where he started to challenge those around him to “look beneath surface phenomena for deeper causes and consequences” of racial inequality. Williams went to great lengths to show his theories on a wide scale.  

Wendell General Store located in Wendell, NC,  got a few complaints about conflicting with Governor Cooper’s executive order. The sign displayed for the customers read, “We do not require masks”.
