Shannen Doherty’s Divorce Granted 2 Days After Her Death

Shannen Doherty finalized her divorce with estranged husband Kurt Iswarienko two days after her death on July 13, following a long battle with breast cancer.

The beloved Beverly Hills, 90210 star had filed for divorce in April 2023, and the divorce proceedings were finalized outside of court.

Despite Doherty’s passing, a family law judge posthumously signed off on the divorce papers two days after her death, ensuring that Iswarienko waived his right to spousal support and preventing him from challenging her estate.

Legal experts believe that the separation agreement will provide finality and clarity in the division of assets, giving Doherty peace of mind in her final days.
