The actress isn’t giving up on her marriage just yet. Justin Timberlake continues to make headlines for things like cheating and affair rumors, the abortion controversy with Britney Spears’ memoir, a DUI arrest, and subsequently making light of his DUI. Reportedly, the DUI arrest was almost the straw, “The incident put a huge strain on the marriage. She has a list of rules,” an insider claims.
