Ryan Seacrest Starts Hosting ‘Wheel of Fortune’ This Week

This week marks the first week of Ryan Seacrest hosting ‘Wheel of Fortune’ full-time. Seacrest has been putting in a lot of prep work for the new hosting job, telling ‘CBS Sunday Morning,’ “Wherever I was working, the producers sometimes would come, and they’d bring contestants, and we would play ‘Wheel of Fortune’ in hotels just to get familiar with the rules and scenarios and things that could happen, so that at some point it becomes second nature.” In addition to ‘Wheel,’ Seacrest has multiple hosting gigs, including ‘American Idol’ and two radio shows: ‘American Top 40’ and his syndicated show ‘On Air with Ryan Seacrest.’
