Ryan Seacrest Gives ‘Wheel’ a Ratings Boost

Wheel Of Fortune fans showed up to witness Ryan Seacrest take over as host. According to the numbers, 8.31 million viewers watched Ryan during his premiere week, which ended on September 15. This is the largest premiere week audience in five years. On its September 9 debut, the game show had its highest-rated season premiere in nine years, with 9.63 million viewers. Ryan won’t only be the host of the show, but he’s also serving as a consulting producer.
Former host Pat Sajak will be behind the scenes as a consultant for the next three years.
