Eminem’s Mom Debbie Reportedly Dead at 69

Eminem’s mother, Debbie Nelson, has passed away after battling advanced lung cancer.
She died in St. Joseph, Missouri, at the age of 69.
The relationship between the 52 yr old rapper and his mother was tumultuous, with public accusations of neglect and abuse in the past.
Eminem has dissed his mother in a few of his previous songs and she sued him for defamation in 1999.
Nelson gave birth to Eminem when she was 18 yrs old.
Despite their rocky history, they made attempts to reconcile in recent years.
Debbie’s death marks the end of a complicated and often strained mother-son relationship.
