Princess of Wales reveals she is in remission from cancer

The Princess of Wales visited the Royal Marsden Hospital to thank staff and support patients, where she had received cancer treatment.
She spoke with empathy to patients about her own experiences and the long-term effects of treatment.
Catherine expressed gratitude for the care she received and highlighted the hospital’s world-leading treatment.
This visit marked her most significant solo royal engagement since completing her treatment, showing positive signs of her recovery.
The hospital, specializing in cancer treatment and research, will now have Catherine as a joint royal patron, alongside Prince William.
