Taylor Swift expanding $17.75M Rhode Island Mansion

Taylor Swift is celebrating becoming a billionaire by building an addition to her $17.75 million Rhode Island mansion, which will feature a new bedroom and more bathrooms.
The renovation project is estimated to cost Swift $1.7 million, with the existing kitchen also set to receive updates.
The current 11,000-square-foot, eight-bedroom, 10-bathroom cliffside manor is located near Ocean House resort in Westerly Rhode Island.
