Lainey Wilson And Jelly Roll Headline Lexington’s Railbird Festival

The 2025 Railbird Music Festival lineup has taken a surprising turn towards popular country music, featuring headliners Lainey Wilson and Jelly Roll. The festival, known for its alternative and Americana sound in previous years, will also showcase Bailey Zimmerman, Shaboozey, Red Clay Strays, and Riley Green. Railbird, which began in 2019 at Keeneland, has since moved to The Infield at Red Mile and is now embracing mainstream country music. Despite the shift in musical direction, presale tickets for the event will be available soon.
It includes independent country and roots artists like Cody Jinks, Sierra Ferrell, and Blackberry Smoke.
Some festival-goers posted comments on Facebook showing concern about including mainstream country artists. The show will be May 31 – June 1
