It’s a bit surprising that of ALL the Disney songs out there, there are only TWO that are most popular in the country.  Google Trends was used to find out which song is the most popular in each state.

The most-searched in 29 states is “Supercalifragilisticexpialidocious” from “Mary Poppins”, and in the other 21 states it’s “Let It Go” from “Frozen”.

North Carolina and South Carolina also searched for the Mary Poppins classic.

Google Trends also broke it down by generation.  “A Whole New World” from “Aladdin” is the most popular song with Boomers and “What Dreams Are Made Of” from “The Lizzie McGuire Movie” is #1 with Millennials.

And lastly, “I Just Can’t Wait to Be King” from “The Lion King” is the most popular song for Gen Z.
