Judge Requests Taylor Swift Blake Lively Texts

Judge Lewis J. Liman ruled that Swift’s messages are pertinent to discovering information that could prove or disprove Lively’s claims.

Lively’s lawyers argued against the request for Swift’s texts, claiming they have no place in court, but the judge disagreed.

Lively’s spokesperson criticized Baldoni for trying to involve Swift in the case as a distraction from the harassment and retaliation accusations.

Baldoni’s attempt to bring a countersuit against Lively and her inner circle was dismissed by Judge Liman as legally invalid.
