It’s summertime, so that means getting some beach days in.  “Entertainment Weekly” put together a list of the best beach scenes in movies and TV.

Here are 10:

1.  “From Here to Eternity” (1953):  Burt Lancaster  and Deborah Kerr’s adulterous makeout session on the beach as the waves crash around them.

2.  “Barbie” (2023):  There are multiple beach scenes, like Ryan Gosling’s Ken challenging Simu Liu’s Ken to a “beach off”, and Venice Beach in the “real” world.

3.  “Baywatch” (1989 to 2001):  For starters, it’s literally a whole SERIES filled with beach scenes.

4.  “Top Gun” (1986):  You know this list had to include the sweaty volleyball match between Tom Cruise and Val Kilmer

5.  “Casino Royale” (2006):  Daniel Craig’s 007 walks out of the water in nothing but blue swim trunks.

6.  “Die Another Day” (2002):  Bond girl Halle Berry makes her entrance on the beach in an orange bikini.

7.  “Saving Private Ryan” (1998):  When Tom Hanks and his soldiers storm Omaha Beach during World War 2.

8.  “The Karate Kid” (1984):  Ralph Macchio’s training sequence, including the crane technique.

9.  “Hollywood (Part 3)” on “Happy Days” (1977):  When Fonzie goes waterskiing and jumps over a shark . . . leather jacket and all.

10.  “Beach Games” on “The Office” (2007):  Michael Scott takes the team to a LAKE to compete in “beach games”.
