Ed Sheeran Gets Artsy For Charity

A new exhibition at the Heni Gallery in Soho, London, will showcase original art works by singer-songwriter Ed Sheeran.

Sheeran started painting in 2019 and used it as a creative outlet, drawing inspiration from his parents’ involvement in art and his interest in studying art in school.

The exhibition, titled Cosmic Carpark Paintings, features works inspired by celestial patterns and created in Sheeran’s splash painting style.

The paintings can be viewed at the Heni Gallery until August 1st, and they are available for purchase, with proceeds going to The Ed Sheeran Foundation, which supports music education for young people.

Sheeran was encouraged to hold the exhibition by artist Damien Hirst and Joe Hage, founder of Heni, after showing them his paintings.
