Police in Leawood, MO, confirmed that a man was arrested for criminal trespassing in Travis Kelce’s gated neighborhood in the early hours of September 15.

Fisher was “charged with jumping the fence onto a private residence in a private neighborhood” and was later released after posting bond.

Swift became involved in the case when director and actor Justin Baldoni countersued actress Blake Lively for $400 million, with court records showing Taylor Swift listed as a witness.

Judge Lewis Liman denied Baldoni’s request for more time to schedule Swift’s deposition, stating they failed to demonstrate appropriate diligence.

Swift’s lawyers indicated she would make time for a deposition the week of October 20 if required by the court, despite not agreeing to one initially.
