Cookies & Cream – This girl is a 6 month bully mix breed, but a petite little thing weighing only about 20 pounds. She’s a major snuggler, kid friendly, walks well on leash and loves everyone she meets. She’s house trained with a regular routine, but may have an accident here or there.
Maxwell – He is a 7 month chihuahua/dachshund mix topping the scales at 11 pounds. He’s house trained, playful, but can be shy at first. But once he’s comfy, he will be your Velcro sidekick for life.
Nani – She is a 6 month pit mix (with a bit of husky mixed in surprisingly – we did a DNA test) and she lets that husky side be her whole personality as she’s very talkative and playful. She listens well, a big snuggler, and good with other dogs. She’s a jumper, so bigger kids are best for her while she works on her manners. She’s house trained so long as she’s on a routine but may have an accident or two.
Dunkin – a 7 month chihuahua/dachshund mix and brothers with Maxwell, but Dunk has some junk in the trunk so he’s a bit more rotund than his brother. He is the epitome of perfect – house trained, loves kids, loves dogs and wants to play all the time with his canine friends. Like Max, he can be shy at first but will run the house in no time.
As with any rescue or shelter dog, please follow the 3:3:3 rule. These dogs need to decompress….3 days to decompress, 3 weeks to learn your routine, 3 months to feel safe and part of your home. Give them time and patience. SLOW INTROS are always recommended for any new dog entering a new home.
