Teddy Swims Earns Diamond Status

Teddy Swims’ smash hit “Lose Control” has earned Diamond certification from the RIAA after its sales exceeded 10 million units in the U.S. alone.
“Lose Control” is the 200th song ever to attain Diamond status.

In May, “Lose Control” set a new record for the most weeks spent on the Billboard Hot 100 when it notched its 92nd week on the chart.

The song has also set a record for the most weeks in the top 10, with 58.

“Lose Control” was released on June 23, 2023, through Warner Records as the second single from Swims’ debut studio album I’ve Tried Everything but Therapy (Part 1).

Swims co-wrote the song with Joshua Coleman, Marco Rodriguez, Mikky Ekko, and Julian Bunetta, who also produced the song.
