Redford’s Horse Whisper Ranch, named after the 1998 movie, is right outside of Sundance, Utah, and is on the market for a cool $4.9 million. Quite reasonable! The ranch boasts a 1,460 square foot farmhouse, a 1,996 square foot Garden Hobby house, an even bigger Wood house, and a garage for your RV and boat.

Redford has multiple properties in Utah, but for right now, this is the only property up for sale.
