Kelly Clarkson’s ex is in a bit of hot water. While her divorce from Brandon Blackstock is over, not all of her legal battles with her ex are finished.
She had an ongoing case going back to the days when Blackstock managed her career for Starstruck Management.
A California labor commissioner has ruled that Blackstock had overstepped his boundaries as a manager. He was instead acting as a talent agent, something he was not licensed to do in the state of California.
Blackstock must now return the commissions he received from Clarkson, totaling a whopping $2,641,374.
