Keisha Nash Whitaker, the ex-wife of Forest Whitaker, has died at age 51, following a battle with anorexia.
The Oscar winning actor and the former model had three daughters together, Autumn, 32, Sonnet 27, and True, 25, and were married for 22 years.
True confirmed the news on Instagram, writing “Goodbye mommy, I love you 4ever and beyond. the most beautiful woman in the world … thank you for teaching me every single thing I know.
I’ll see you in my dreams and I’ll feel you in my heart.”
Forest filed for divorce from Keisha in 2018, citing irreconcilable differences in his petition to the court.
