Recently, Ashley Judd reacted to the overturning of Harvey Weinstein’s rape conviction and is very upset over the news. Judd said, “This today is an act of institutional betrayal. Our institutions betray survivors of male sexual violence.” She continued, “I stand shoulder to shoulder with women who have bloody knees because male sexual violence may knock us down, but we get right back up.” Why do you think Harvey Weinstein’s rape conviction was overturned?
