A study found parents with kids six and under only get 31 minutes of “me time” a day, on average.  Around one in seven said it feels more like ZERO “me time.”

Even when you do get time to yourself, it’s hard to relax.  96% said it feels like they’re always “on call.”

Here’s how parents with young kids spend their day . . .

For working parents:  9 hours at work, or commuting . . . 4 hours getting their kid ready, or helping them in other ways . . . 2 hours shuttling them around . . . 2 hours spent on chores and cooking . . . and 1 hour on miscellaneous tasks.  That leaves around 6 hours left over for sleeping.

For non-working parents:  9 hours looking after your kid . . . 4 hours of chores . . . 2 hours of shuttling them around . . . and 2 hours of miscellaneous tasks.  Leaving around 7 hours for sleep.
